Digital Marketing Manager

Caserta is seeking a digital marketing manager to add to its growing team. This key role will be instrumental in driving quality traffic to the Caserta website and helping expand all marketing efforts. This position is located in the New York headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive creative direction from the VP Marketing and President regarding building both Caserta and Caserta leader’s brand and voice across social channels; ensure marketing campaigns reflect the desired creative vision and adhere to expectations and standards that represent the company’s brand quality
  • Implement, execute, and report on an integrated strategy to grow the company’s social media audience, social engagement, and web traffic
  • Maintain and execute social media editorial calendar
  • Creating and curating content for social media
  • Report social media analytics
  • Stay ahead of social trends, implementing tests and trial programs to expand the company’s presence on new platforms as they gain traction
  • Uploading content to the website via CMS
  • Creating and curating supporting images for site content
  • Providing digital marketing support for real-world events and webinars including landing pages, blog posts, event listings, etc.

 
Required:

  • Experience with B2B marketing for a tech firm
  • Experience with and strong understanding of social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Knowledge of media-editing software including Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Prior experience with online monitoring and measuring platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead effective teams
