The talent acquisition team is looking for someone who is thoughtful of others, driven to do their best and loves interacting with a diverse talent pool, who can help identify candidates that are excited about modernizing data ecosystems and who will embrace the inclusive culture we have created at Caserta.

What you will be doing:

As a Technical Recruiter / Coordinator you will partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle. You will have the opportunity to learn more about technology and data focused recruiting.

  • Create, post and maintain our open jobs on LinkedIn, BambooHR and Caserta’s website
  • Source and screen candidates based on position requirements
  • Help maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Document and track interviewer’s feedback
  • Run background checks and initiate the onboarding process
  • Participating in recruitment meetings and events
  • Assist with the continual improvement of our recruiting process, evaluate tools and systems

  • Social media savvy, especially with LinkedIn and non traditional recruiting platforms
  • Someone who “Loves to shop” and doesn’t just settle – someone who can find a candidate who is just the right fit for us technically
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills

Do you have:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter or Technical Sourcer
  • Familiarity with data focused technology based recruiting
  • Experience with LinkedIn and various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with running background checks and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace including google sheets, docs and calendar
  • Willingness to work East Coast hours and additional hours during peak periods
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
