General Data Protection Regulation (BDW Meetup)

In anticipation of the General Data Protection Regulation going into effect May 2018, Caserta joined forces with Waterline Data, Salt, and Squire Patton Boggs to host a Big Data Warehousing Meetup: “Caserta and Waterline Data Discuss GDPR Compliance.”

The GDPR is a business and technical challenge for companies worldwide — and deadlines are coming fast! Even American institutions that do business in the EU (or have customers from the EU) will have their data practices affected. At this BDW Meetup, a panel of experts discussed what is perhaps the most controversial data legislation that has been passed to date.
