Antonia serves as the Chief Data Officer at H&M Group, a leading global retailer since December of 2021. She is responsible for leading an enterprise data and AI program with an incredible team of data scientists, engineers and stewards to enable the company’s strategic goals of driving meaningful growth and sustainability.
She started her career in Research and Development at 3M where she guided government and commercial content delivery for International Classification of Diseases accelerating data-driven engineering, client experience and product delivery in the healthcare industry.
Antonia’s strength and interest to design enterprise data strategy with organizational alignment and to build and deliver business and technology solutions guided her cross industry to lead mid-size to fortune 50 companies such as Takeda, Hilton and Comcast.
Antonia is passionate to collaborate with industry peers to learn, share and apply the power of data and its impact on business.
